Bad Hesitation? 25det S1

Righto, heres the story, car hesitates and pops (not misses) thru the exhaust when it comes onto full boost. I have noticed that if you pull over and restart the car it goes away for a while. I have replaced plugs, tried all sorts of gaps, just installed splitfires and the problem wont go away. At this stage im thinking ignitor pack, as it only used to do it after a day or so of hard driving, now its all the time. Its definantly a spark problem, I have also installed a bosch 040 as I thought it was fuel related, but that made no difference. Any ideas fellas??

What are you're plugs gapped to?

sounds like shes blowing out the spark. had the same problem due to higher boost. i went for an 8mm colder plug
