Hi..

Just looked in my room and forgot i had 3 x 52 mm smoked defi style auto gauge gauges for a din pocket from justjap.

I have voltage gauge already hooked up and boost which were simple.

But I don't have a clue how to hook up the following:

Air / Fuel Ratio 52 mm

This gauge says that I need to hook it up to the o2 sensor. How do I hook it up to it?

And

Fuel Pressure 52 mm

It came with a fuel pressure sender/ sensor and it has a thread on one end of the sender

where does it go?

Can someone help me today please I want to put them in.

If you want some pics to help explain what to do ill go get some now.

yeh im dying to figure it out.....

Pretty sure you just cut into the black wire on the 02 sensor but i wanna find out for sure before i start cutting wires

Hey dude yeah i am hoping to install my air fuel gauge soon too. I think you might be able to find the wire for the o2 sensor down near where the computer is plugged in. thats where i am going to try and joint mine in. This would save running wires out to the engine bay where they could get damaged burned. plus it will be neater.

oh yeh didnt think of that.

i have already run the wires through the firewall though... and its ready for someone to tell me which wire to cut into to....

If you're going to hook it up to where the o2 sensor is above your exhaust manifold then there are 3 wires there.

You need to test which one is the correct one, one wire will be +12V, another 0V and the last one 0.4-0.6V..the last one is the sensor output..which you'll need.

ok thanks.

anyone know how to hook up a fuel pressure gauge ... mine came with some sender thing with a thread on it.

wouldnt have a clue where it goes

pls help

that white R34 really looks computerized/digitally enhance

I think I'll take that as a compliment seeing as the photo hasn't been touched :)

ok thanks.

No idea about the fuel pressure gauge though, sorry..

fuel pressure guages need to read the pressure that is in the rail, only way to do that is the tap it into the rail before the fuel pressure regulator .. but thats hard with the std fuel pressure reg. you could try a T piece into the fuel supply hose before it enters the rail infront of the plenum.

    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
    • I do have loctite 243 and 246 and a few more models. I could drill it now in place and make new threads for m12 and order an4 - m12 coupling and fit that to the turbo. Run a braided hose to the EBC which I could get a an4 to 1/8npt
