you just have to complete a stat dec and send it to whoever is listed on the back on the fine.. ie Perin Court.. Civic Compliance etc.. same as if you want it to be dealt with in court

you should always contest parking fines too if you can.. with a valid excuse they will revoke the fine..

I stated in bullets that basically my driving record is perfect and that im sorry for speeding and it wont happen again etc.
