Apexi Afc Neo

Hi!

I recently purchased an Apexi AFC Neo and don't quite know who I should go to to get it tuned, (I'm going to install it myself) Can you guys please let me know who you've been to and if you recommend them and What type of power gain you got?

My R33 Series 2 GTS-T currently has FMIC, K & N Pod, Turbo Back Exhaust, Boost Controller running 10PSI, It appears to be running really rich! I'm hoping I'll be able to achieve at least 200rwkw on 12psi with the tune, how realistic is this?

Oh and does anyone recommend tuning it to 13 or 14psi? Its a stock turbo!
