35 k is ok for starting job... wok there for a year and look for higher paying jobs, just make sure you like the actual job.

This year I jumped from a shitty job that paid 35 K a year (sorry but I deserve a lot more for my knowledge and experience) to an awesome job that pays 11 K more. So look around.

your complaining about $35k as your starting salary?

.... you got high expectations out of accountancy dont you

u dun do much to earn that 35k

well yeah...thats the problem with accounting...its relatively low paid. My other friends start at around 45k - one started at 60k at toyota! Thats why im staying with parents for now.

ztuned is sorta right - at this stage, because its the end of the financial year, it gets a bit quiet...so it can get boring - but after july, its back to the hektic lifestyle of a tax accountant :P

    • What are you thinking makes a sequential shit to drive on the street? About the ONLY thing I can think of, is if you're wanting to be able to roll up to lights in third or second and pop it straight into neutral, or you want to come down two or three gears, say out of 5th and back to second, but they shift quick enough it doesn't really matter
    • I'm not a drag racing guy, but that was a good watch. Didn't Ibrahim's car have some cooch! But the big question is....WTF is with so many of them running without seatbelts!
    • Sequential Is fine to drive on the street
    • Well that is not a sign of good quality..  Understand, but not so nice to drive on the street I suppose and out of my price range..
    • I recently got myself a 1989 r32 GT-R and it has some slight smokiness from the exhaust and misfires sometimes when coming off the throttle. I'm looking for a good mechanic in the Brisbane region who will do a good job on it. It'll need a diagnosis, and most likely an engine rebuild with refurb/stock parts (not looking for a motorsport build... yet). If anyone has done something like this before/knows stuff about this in terms of who can do it and how much it cost, I'd like to hear about it. I was looking on the forum and I found some posts from 2020 that were similar to this, but it has been a while since then so if anyone has any updated info that would be great.  I'm also new to the forum so if this topic should be in a different place please let me know. Thanks in advance!
