Hey guys,

I'm seriously thinking about selling my car 200sx s15. I have completed my project and development of the car, which has taken almost 7 years. I spent a vast amount of money developing the car so it would be rather quick but reliable. The motor was completely rebuilt about 15,000kms ago.

As you can see below, MY STOCK Looking car has an enormous amount of modifications done to the engine. It has 282 Rear Wheel kWs on current tune, which would break the 300 rwkws rather easy.

It's a fun car to drive with all the power you need in a car that's 1170kgs. It comes on Boost at 5,000rpm very hard. But it has a nice torque range off boost.

The motor runs perfectly and sounds rather tough at idle. It has never been in an accident and I have own the car since new.

Selling price $35,000

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
