Rb20 Inlet Plenum

i have just pulled appart my inlet plenum due to suspected leaks and am curious if anyone has ever put one back together without using the paper gasket only using ultra blue or something like that?

A tube of ultrablue costs more.

Buy a gasket from Nissan; they are only $10.

I also spray hylomar on the gaskets as when pulling things apart next time they come apart without breaking + it helps prevent any leaks.

Yeah i definately wouldnt assemble it without the gasket, the mating surfaces have to many imperfections.

If you cant get a gasket, as a last resort you can buy some gasket paper and cut your own. Put some sealant around the water jackets too.
