Sorry for Hi-jacking the thread guys, no more mis- understandings for Buster and me .

a few questions re: shirts

Are there anymore suggestions for a LOgo or Design for the Team Trackday T- shirts?

and how long will it take for them to be printed up once the design has been finalised?

How soon do you need the money to make the shirts?

thanks again.

haha.

what i dont understand is, how can you be so "quick" and "skilled" around a raced track when you can hardly match a n/a corolla down the straight?

i hardly think they should be called team trackday. perhaps team go take your l's again. or team go get some practice

Whoah, what's with the attitude in here?!

Anyone who thinks about it for a moment can figure out that how quick you are down the quarter mile and how quick you can lap a circuit are completely unrelated...

There are skills in both which take time to acquire. Anyone who has tried both will tell you the same, I'm sure.

Let's not let the light-hearted digs that the track fans give the strip fans and vice versa turn in to a divisive issue and the cause of petty bitchfights. That's lame.

well you gotta admit it was a good laugh... and I needed that after my day... I say thanks guys for cheering me up!!!

But XCUZME, how bout this one... I'll take you for a run round the track if you take me for a quick lap down the quarter?

hang on... am I missing the point??? oh thats right... it is ALL motorsport...

Damn I hope I get a bite!!!!

Hey Fatz... pass the scotch baby!!!

What the hell happened in this thread.. It was supposed to be about T-Shirts.

For those of you who have not tried drag racing I suggest you do it at least once. I did and found it to be NOTHING like what i expected, its damm hard! Will give it another go in a few weeks to get a decent time but my personal favorite motorsport is track racing.

Now I am going to LOCK this thread, and start a new one with a few of the options people have come up with.

    • I did basically the same procedure on a ZF6HP but the reason to pull the valve body is to replace the seals between the valve body and the transmission which are notorious for leaking pressure with age causing poor shifting and burning out the clutches. If you just wanted to exchange all the fluid you should be able to undo one of the transmission cooler return lines to drain into a bucket while using the pressure filler to keep it topped off.
    • The title should have posted "EFR7670 exhaust housing selection RB26" I can seem to edit thr title on my Android.
    • I'm looking for some real world experiences/feed back from anyone who has personally ran a EFR7670 with a 1.05 exhaust housing or a .83 I'm leaning towards the .83 because its a street car used mostly for spirited driving in the canyons roads. I"m not looking for big numbers on paper. I want a responsive powerband that will be very linear to 8000 rpm. I dont mind if power remains somewhat flat but dont want power to drop off on top. The turbo I've purchased is a 1.05, although the mounting flange T3 vs T4 and internal vs external waste gates are different on both housings, I not concern about swapping parts or making fabrication mods to get what I want. Based on some of the research I've done with chat gpt, the 1.05 housing seems to be the way to go with slightly more lag and future proofing for more mods but recommends .83 for best response/street car setup. AI doesn't have the same emotions as real people driving a GTR so I think you guys will be able to give me better feed back 😀
    • Surely somebody has one in VIC. Have you asked at any shops?  Is this the yearly inspection or did you get a canary?
