New Skyline Owner - Questions

Hi everyone

Just bought a 98 R33 gts-t with 55000km last week and i am stoked witht the performance of this car, it is comparable to my xr6 turbo which i sadly had to sell. And i must say the technology in skylines is easily comparable if not better than that found in current aussie built cars, (considering the skyline is nearly 10 years older). Anyway just a few questions, my stock boost gauge reads goes to about 3/4 towards +7 when I boot it, which I undersatand is around 10psi (correct me if im wrong) is this normal for my car which has a 3 inch cat back and HKS pod and intercooler piping. also have blitz blow of valve and wondering how to adjust it is it the bolt on the front. Will go have a fiddle with it tommorow but thought i'd ask anyway. Oh also my exhaust has no mufflers except for a single middle resonator, It is extremely loud and I assume it is also illegal? gonna get a rear muffler but just dont wanna spend much cash on on it at the moment as much I would like to.

Welcome dude.

Boost levels - thats normal

BOV - probably a spanner will do it, or allen key

Exhaust - yeah, beyond illegal. There are some very decent and quiet Jap systems for sale in the FS section. Fujitsubo are a good one, and someone recently did a review on a particular brand of exhaust
