Mate id suggest jacking it up and getting under there with a set of spanners/sockets and making sure everything is tighter than a 15yo!!

If your getting what sounds to me like massive "axle tramp" then there must be something loose under there!!

Yeh well ive heard of bad axle tramp but not bad enough to pop you out of gear, just make sure everything is tight and nothing is broken and if it still happens then go buy yourself some pineapples or solid cradle bushes and chuck them in and she should be sweet as!!

Pretty sure they both do the same thing, pineapples are made out of a hard rubber and are softer, where as solid cradle bushes are made out of solid billet alloy and are harder wearing, both will eliminate tramp and will help for bagging it up easier, just gets the power to the ground better!!

solid cradle bushes are different than pineapples. Solid cradle bushes replace the rubber bushes where as pineapples fill the gap between the cradle and the chassis to try and reduce the movement of the cradle. I'll try and find a video of the solid bushes being fitted.

They use aluminium bushes in this vid' but acital is another common bush material
