oh yeah, dtei has 'transport compliance' patrol cars running around, anyone know what the deal is with those?

if no-one has posted about this, they're the guys that run the inspection stations out on the side of the highways, plus they also have rights to pull over and issue defects to heavy vehicles and taxis

these pricks were running round town one night, they'd finish with one cab, bolt round the corner, throw on the purple lights and do another one
