Fuse Problem

[RPR33]

Hey guys my r33 keeps blowing the tail light fuse (in engine bay) the brake lights work but I have no dash, parkers or tail lights, does this mean that the problem is in the tail lights? or could it be something to do with the dash or pakers? not really sure where to start looking?? any help would be good.

Have you just had a stereo fitted? if so start looking there

Yeh I have, I'll have a look not sure what to really look for though, I guess a poo connection?

If the black earth wire on the stereo goes to a wire in the loom cut it off and ground it to some metal in the dash. R32 and r33 do not have an earth wire in the original stereo loom, the park light wire in the loom will test as an earth and when hooked to the earth on a cd player will become a short and blow the parklight fuse.
