from the looks of it, its just the resin that is damaged somehow. maybe something being put on the bonnet or whatever. t fix something like that your gonna need to sand the resin over the whole bonnet and re-resin the whole thing.

its not a small job, 1600grit plus all over then finish with 2000. then resin coat and sand again and resin, bit of work. if ur not experienced with sanding or fibreglassing, id recommend having a professional do it for you. might cost about 300-400.

but then again, u could alwys leave it the way it is.

Not noticable enough, just gloss the bonnet up so much sunlight reflects of it that your dazzed looking at it .. wont even notice after that..

Maquires tek wax for the win on that one..

Like above, I thought it was a stain seems deeper than that. I wouldnt bother, just give it to me.. hehe
