Is anyone else having or had problems getting parts sent from Nengun Performance Parts.

The order i placed was confirmed on 15th October but they only sent my clutch. Nengun said i placed a big order so they would send clutch first. Which i have received on 22nd October.

As for the rest of my order all they say is parts will be sent in next few days and then weeks later still no result.

I have been waiting 48 days already since placement of order!!!!

They have given me no explanation at all as to the delay. Is this a common thing with them?

Looks like this will be my last order i place with Nengun will use Greenline for further orders.

nice Av,

don't worry too much it will turn up. Some gear can be hard to source at times. Remember these guys don't actually stock anything, they get it in when you order it.

I waited 3 months for a power FC. Mainly because Apexi was having problems and production had stopped.

this is normal for nengun.

just keep emailing them, letting them know you have yet to receive the parts etc.

personal i don't use nengun; mainly due to their shipping prices and time. i get all my parts from japan ems and come with in 4-6days

like you mention try greenline next time as i have been told by my friends that they find it alot faster than nengun

I've been currently waiting well over a month for one of my items at the moment, but luckily I'm in no rush for the part so doesn't bother me. They can take 3 months for all I care, just as long as it arrives I'm happy.

Most of my other Nengun orders have come in 3 weeks tops.

If you want stuff fast, then Greenline is the go though you pay a tiny bit extra for the service apparently.

I ordered rims from Nengun on October 15th and after being told they would be sent on the 30th and then the 5th of November they were sent today . Quite pleased due to it nearly being christmas and that the rims had to be delivered to Nengun in the first place.

And heres the tax info for anyone wondering:

CHi

since they changed theyre website i havnt used them (not through choice just cos i havnt bought anything) but i couldnt login. and it seemed like they dropped a few brands (including defi ?) anyways they always take a long time but for the price you cant complain :)

Nengun use EMS to, unless it's over the weight limit.

www.greenline.jp

thats all I have to say on the subject.

They didn't have my rims and neither did PR.com.au. I usually use those 2 sites first, but Nengun can get some exclusive stock and they do have a larger range.

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
