Oblivion
My reputation precedes me yesh it does man, it does indeed. but we like you here so its ok. lol... i spose we could all do what a relative of mine does... he has an old shitty toyota camry... his solution... (according to his mates) put alfoil behind the plate and leave about 3-5mm round the outer edges of the plate...yeh... im sure that works... yeah...nah i dont think that would do ma-farken anything ey. Jmaac
In theory the build up of the spray should increase the refractive index i.e. making it greater than air. Light i.e. flash from a camera, should have difficulty passing through it, hence the blurr Ive heard of people doing this with hairspray I like lollies also Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/200041-number-plate-deflector/page/3/#findComment-3703499 Share on other sites

Mud
In theory the build up of the spray should increase the refractive index i.e. making it greater than air. Light i.e. flash from a camera, should have difficulty passing through it, hence the blurr if that theory were correct why would it only effect light from a flash? wouldn't it be refracting all light that hits the plate, whether it be sun, ambient light or the flash? therefore, they wouldn't they be blurry all the time?
