This isn't a major question, but i have a manual boost controller and when i crank it up (stock turbo) the response is good, easily building 10-12psi from low RPM, but hits the rich & retard fuel cut. So i crank it down a little and it doesn't run rich. Only problem is that building boost is slow and i need to boot it to make 10psi, which is impractical as a daily driver.

So until a get an ECU piggyback to eliminate R&R what can i do to make all that low/mid-range boost without running up into danger-zone boost levels?
