So far has only sat on the 300rwhp mark due to my loss of interest but this motor will safely and reliably make 350rwhp all day every day. $1800

Garret GT3540R turbo, .82 rear, done less than 1000kms on 15psi, purchased mid '07. havnt checked shaft play but i can safely say its minimal. $1500 with home made dump

HKS cast manifold and external gate, low mount, very sturdy and discreet looking $offers?

*prefer to sell the turbo and mani/dump together, making it a true bolt on kit!

RB25DET gearbox, good condition, run on redline oil, no crunches or nastiness $1500

Buy the engine and gearbox together and get the 2500lb 6puck ceramic clutch thrown in!

apexi PowerFC for RB25, comes with hand controller $800

z32 AFM $offers

Series 2 RB25DET ECU $100

single peice tailshaft to suit RB25 gearbox into HR31 $offers

And finally the rolling licenced R31 GTSX, perfect condition, genuine 77000km's, front mount intercooler and plumbing supplied, adjustable S13 coilovers all round, !!5STUD!! conversion, R33 front brakes, r32 rear, 17" mags, sparco racing seats, Hicas locked and with R31house subframe bushes, Stagea steering rack. buy this car, drop your motor in and have a sweet sweet hr31. $offers around the $7000 mark please. keep in mind the cost of 5stud conversion, s13 coilovers, FMIC and the rims, plus an absolutely mint body, and this is a CHEAP price.

All of the above I can fit into your car also for a fee.

Please note again, I'm trying to sell the car complete, so if you want these parts immediately im sorry but no can do

any pics?

What are you interested in? the majority of the parts you would know what they look like, im taking a couple photos of the HKS mani tomorrow. Keeping in mind everythings still in the car so pics are difficult. for a pic of the car look in cars for sale.

price for the gearbox is stated in the original thread, $1500 ono

Im in balga, perth.

And ive have had about 6 strong shows of interest in the R33 powerFC, which leaves me in a pickle..... If somebody is wanting it really really bad and is willing to pay a bit more than my asking price, send me a PM, otherwise it will go to the first person who asked.

thanks for all the replies and PMs fellas, dont be offended if i dont answer straight away, I need to keep it together for the time being as i may have a couple people who need to see it driveable. cheers.

was i first in about the pfc? just so i know. can stop looking for another one

Looks like the complete setup is sold.... engine, gearbox, mani, turbo, afm and PFC all gone in one hit. smart man i say. Apologies to all who wanted the bits n pieces, but of course im going to sell the package before i separate. cheers fellas. Buy the licenced 31 shell instead. please?

how much just for the rb30 block only? if you would open it im keen.

dr mafia - hmm, you might wanna read the thread a bit more carefully mate.

gt passage - will consider as a last resort only, i want the whole thing moved on... sell yours and buy the rolling coupe?

    • For once a good news  It needed to be adjusted by that one nut and it is ok  At least something was easy But thank you very much for help. But a small issue is now(gearbox) that when the car is stationary you can hear "clinking" from gearbox so some of the bearing is 100% not that happy... It goes away once you push clutch so it is 100% gearbox. Just if you know...what that bearing could be? It sounding like "spun bearing" but it is louder.
    • Yeah, that's fine**. But the numbers you came up with are just wrong. Try it for yourself. Put in any voltage from the possible range and see what result you get. You get nonsense. ** When I say "fine", I mean, it's still shit. The very simple linear formula (slope & intercept) is shit for a sensor with a non-linear response. This is the curve, from your data above. Look at the CURVE! It's only really linear between about 30 and 90 °C. And if you used only that range to define a curve, it would be great. But you would go more and more wrong as you went to higher temps. And that is why the slope & intercept found when you use 50 and 150 as the end points is so bad halfway between those points. The real curve is a long way below the linear curve which just zips straight between the end points, like this one. You could probably use the same slope and a lower intercept, to move that straight line down, and spread the error out. But you would 5-10°C off in a lot of places. You'd need to say what temperature range you really wanted to be most right - say, 100 to 130, and plop the line closest to teh real curve in that region, which would make it quite wrong down at the lower temperatures. Let me just say that HPTuners are not being realistic in only allowing for a simple linear curve.
    • I feel I should re-iterate. The above picture is the only option available in the software and the blurb from HP Tuners I quoted earlier is the only way to add data to it and that's the description they offer as to how to figure it out. The only fields available is the blank box after (Input/ ) and the box right before = Output. Those are the only numbers that can be entered.
    • No, your formula is arse backwards. Mine is totally different to yours, and is the one I said was bang on at 50 and 150. I'll put your data into Excel (actually it already is, chart it and fit a linear fit to it, aiming to make it evenly wrong across the whole span. But not now. Other things to do first.
    • God damnit. The only option I actually have in the software is the one that is screenshotted. I am glad that I at least got it right... for those two points. Would it actually change anything if I chose/used 80C and 120C as the two points instead? My brain wants to imagine the formula put into HPtuners would be the same equation, otherwise none of this makes sense to me, unless: 1) The formula you put into VCM Scanner/HPTuners is always linear 2) The two points/input pairs are only arbitrary to choose (as the documentation implies) IF the actual scaling of the sensor is linear. then 3) If the scaling is not linear, the two points you choose matter a great deal, because the formula will draw a line between those two points only.
