Hi,

As of thursday night, my 32 GTR got written off, so I am now in search of another one.

I am looking for a clean mildly modded late model 93 or 94 R32 GTR in white, but may also consider silver if in good condition. Looking to spend around 20-22K.

Also may concider a eariler model if it is in good nick and the price is right.

If anyone here is selling one, or know someone who is, could you please let me know.

Thanks,

Simon.

i got an immacculate 1 for sale but i dotnt hink its in your budget, probably one of the best gtr going around, xcomes with plates GTRBOS,

mods to it are:

apexi power fc+hand controller

blitz dsbc spec r electronic boost controller

genuine trust cooler 300+600+100mm with the trust cooler piping, just spent about $300 on brand new genuine trust/greddy cilicone hose and high performance clamps

genuine hks dump pipes(stainless steel)

genuine stainless bee-r front pipes and custom 3inch cat back exhaust

adjustable greddy cam gears+greddy timing belt and greddy clear cam cover

serviced and tuned by protek automotive and makes around the 240kw at about 13psi

never been in an accident

carbon fibre bonnet with carbon fibre n1 bonnet lip attached to it

tein coilovers

hks pod filters

got gtr 320cluster

genuine nismo steering wheel

zepter 17+9.5 wheels, forged 3 piece lieghtweight rims

late kenwood head unit with pioneer front 6inch splits and pionner 6+9 rears

nismo gear knob

brand new exedy heavy duty clutch with chrome moly flywheel

car never comes out

only to carwash and back so pretty much a show piece

gearbox oil was replaced

diff was checked up

car has been sprayed in custom oliver green with gold powder coat also know as a 3 layer pearl

i got my panel beater to chack my whole car and he found just a little bit of rust in the guard and the back where the rear bumper sits and he replaced it all by placing new metal in andso he pretty much restored this whole car for mee and almost cost me about 7gz for this spray job but its a perfect car, he stone guarded it all for me, all the bottom, inside the boot and everywhere so this car is very clean and alos checked it out for me and said this car has never been in an accident

this car has much more stuff to it but just cant remember from the top of my head, interior is like spot on and there isnt like major mods to it so its a perfect start for you, im looking to buy an rx7 after this but i want the series 7 or 8 but this gtr is one hell of a sexy looking car and drives vey great

let me know mate, pm me if you want to talk over the phone

cheers tony

If it was me i wouldnt be too worried about basic mods. Replacement turbos to get rid of the cermic ones - something smallish like HKS GT-SS. Things like Power FC, new fuel pump/coil pack/injectors/clutch/suspension are all worthy mods. More so just to have the 20year old stuff replaced with new stuff.

Sure, avoid the ones that are modified to get maximum power but consider the lightly modified ones that are just good sense

Yeah mate,

Im just looking for a GTR with bigger turbos (Garrett GT2860R's - equililent to GT-SS), a heavy duty clutch, exhaust and maybe suspension. I already have a PFC, coil packs, injectors etc, I was going to put them in my old GTR which had bigger turbo's. But im mainly looking for a later model R32 GTR.

GTRBOS - Im really looking for a 93-94 model GTR, but thanks anyway.

Cheers,

Simon.

    • I might be way off the mark here.. there must be a T junction under the manifold. That takes manifold pressure through a check valve prior to the T, one side splits out to this bleed off orifice, the other straight to the wastegate actuators.
    • Carrying out some engine due diligence before my first drive in a 260RS that has been in storage for 10+ years, and found two lines that are susposed to be plumbed into the boost control solenoid. One of the lines (the wastegate boost supply line) to actuate the gates, had a bolt in one end blocking it. The other line (main boost signal line) from the very rear of the intake manifold (RB26DETT) and runs up to the boost controller had this pill in the end of it as seen in photos. Other than the obvious (T28 Ceramic turbos might well be cooked)  Can anyone shed any light on if there is any validity at all with this mod, bleeding a constant fixed rate of manifold boost pressure off through this 3mm hole?  Is it deliberate?  Was this a 90s Jap mod done to RB26's? Or has someone just fitted this without any idea of what happens to ceramic T28s if they are not gate controlled?
    • This looks great! Awesome to have the 5 speed with an LSD in this. The Recaro's look like SR2's or SR3's. It's a shame they've been retrimmed as they would have looked sweet in their original colours. I think I'd want my agent to be a little more up front and informative too. I've never imported but I reckon it would make me a little nervous, so the more info the better.
    • Thanks for doing that Duncan! Makes you a good person in my books. We don't get kangaroos or wombats here. But we have bats and it's similar. AFAIK it's often the mums with a baby attached that get hit because they drop lower when starting from a tree. If you hit an animal, check on it. https://www.ifaw.org/au/resources/wildlife-rescue-app An app to get the closest wildlife rescue contact.
