Problem With 97 R33 Dash/air Con?

Hey all,

lately when i start up my R33, the dashboard makes a very loud clicking/tapping sound about 9-12 times and then stops, i have a feeling it might be something to do with the aircon but arnt really sure. Its really loud and annoying. i might post video of it if i cant solve this problem soon.

have you experienced this before? any help much appreciated.

Common problem in R33. Check the FAQ's pretty sure it's in there, if not search the forum

Basically it's an actuator on top of the heaterbox that is trying to open a flap, you need to replace that actuator. About 150 from Nissan new i think. Whole dash has to come out.

its called the blend door actuator and there a prick to replace lol
