R33 Airbag Resistor

Hey does anyone know 100% for sure what resistor to use on the airbag plug to stop the airbag light flashing and trick it into thinkin the airbag is still attached ?

its not a resistance just a short. simple as that :P

my boss kit came with a nice little loop back connector to plug in.

oh sick, thanks for that, i thought it were a resistor cos i read somewhere to use a resistor and that in the event of an accident the resistor will just blow ..

a fuse would be more useful if that's what your trying to replicate. I can kinda see the logic behind it but whats probably easier to just unplugging the airbag sensor which is mounted kinda underneath your radiator. Thats what completes the circuit in an impact.

But if you did want to go down the fuse path any low current 12V fuse will suffice. Your wanting it to blow immediately so something in the mA's (milliamps) would be fine.
