try turning it on, make sure its set to the coldest and hit the recirculate button and then turn it back off, that should stop the hot air coming in. you could also do the a/c diagnostic and see what error codes pop up. there is a tutorial in the tut/diy section.

Sorry I think I used the wrong word. Its the old school analog aircon - with the levers. I can't do a diagnostic. And I tried what you said with no success

hi buddy you will probably find that your system is very low on a/c gas or have none at all this will stop unit from coming on as there is a low pressure switch in the system to stop the compressor turning on and siezing up through no gas or low gas level and no oil circulating since oil is carried by the gas in an a/c system need to get gas levels checked first by an expert and then go from there let me know how you get on .......By the way was in automotive airconditioning for 5 years so i have nt missed much ... let me know...........................

Its hard for the fastners to slip on the mechanical control arms. I would say your gas system has developed a leak. Take it to aircon shop and get them to pressurise the system with coloured die to show u leak

also check aircon fuses

Sorry guys, I kinda havn't had computer access for a few days. Onto the situation at hand -

Before taking it into the shop I decided to have a play with the system, just your basic schoolboy 'lets play with knobs and see what happens'. After a little while I ended up making the system fix itself. Now all it does is blow cold air on full.

I'm assuming now that is it actually the control arms... anyone to second that opinion? And how do I fix it???

Pull off your entire dash, you should see some rods somewhere down the side of the AC and a little link that fastens to it. Tighten that

Or its your blend servo motor, do a search in the forums for it but you'll have to also dismantle the dash

      Ok thanks..that was my second question if i can somehow bypass this even with Nistune(that is all i have right now...aparat from stock ECU. So with some aftemarket it can by "bypassed" or make it work?  I know there is Link or Haltech (mainly used). We have ECUmaster here so i will gather some info about it.

      Yes. You will need to get the original boost sensor and wire it in. That is.... if you plan to use a stock ECU - even a Nistuned ECU. The Nissan ECU will not operate correctly without it connected. And yes, it will do annoying stuff like you are experiencing. You will almost certainly be better off with some aftermarket ECU, than trying to hunt down rare sensors.

      Ok so ABS/TCS is "not" the problem. Yeah i know now about the ABS with Nistune(i told that to the Nistune guy) but iam not 100% why or why i dont have ABS. ABS cube is in the engine (always has been) but i had braked couple of times rly hard and brakes just locked and scream. Does all Skylines have ABS cube? (i dont know for 100% if that car where the engine is from had that)...but i dont have the loom from that

      I'm with you here. It's either loom has an issue, OR, injectors are not functioning properly. It could even be they're just constantly dribbling, hence the wet, but not firing.

      Depending on how long the car sat it is very possible for injectors to be stuck open or closed, I'd get them cleaned and flow tested. Other than that, obviously when the loom changes and the car doesn't start any more....the loom is suspect so some tracing / comparing may be required
