Hey all. originally i had organised a cruise with a few mates for saturday to get together and have a bit of a long cruise. So i thought it would be a good idea for people on Saturday 29th who aren't doing anything at night to come along. We are meeting between 9pm-10pm at Sandown Park Hotel Carpark on Princess Highway, which is located next to te Mobil petrol station and BWS.

For anyone who wishes to come, we plan on cruising up the Princess and back down towards Springvale road, and from Springvale road onto Burwood highway. From Burwood highway we are going to head towards Mount Dandy and have a cruise through there, and will turn out on Mountain Highway to head to Knox City/Bar Bosh to chill. If anyone is interested in coming, just rock up! :P

Thanks

andrew

kk. Will do, ill sms as were turning onto burwood highway from springvale. :P

i might come along but is it only skylines, cause i might come with some friends that dont have skylines

max temp is 14degrees in mt dandy o.O gonna be one cold night

cruise is for anyone mate  ive got mates aswell coming in there 'Boats' haha should be fun

not just for skylines!

i'll be out in my U12 Pintara...... 109kW 2.4lt front wheel drive shopping trolley!

i was playing in the hills last night..... fark its good in the cold as the engine can keep sucking on the good stuff......

on tha back side (monbulk to belgrave) of the mountain there are a few really wet patches from the water dripping off the overhanging trees. so if ya running baldies take it slow

catchyas tonight...

sweet, saw it drizzling outside

you reckon it will continue till tonight

cuase its too dangerous to go up there if its abit wet.

It might.. not sure. Melbourne weather is pretty random. its safe to go up their depending on how you drive, but if the weather does get a bit ruff i have another route instead of the mountains. but so far its looking alright.

looks like the turnout for tonight is looking good, if its pissing down or roads are really wet we could decide on ether just cruising through the hills, not giving it to much stick (for obvious reasons  ), or modify the route. Other then that i hope the rain (if it continues) doesn't stop people from coming down

f*k 4got bout this..

did ya's have fun

yeah was pretty awesome! we were on burwood highway on the way to mount dandy and out of all the cars i get pulled over and defected :glare: lol.. one bald tyre zz

Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
