My Jacket Is Coming Unzipped

Those jackets we were able to purchase last year. In the lower half inside is a "zipper". However, it (mine) doesn't have the catch to zip / unzip. And now mine has unzipped, and, of course, I can't zip it.

Is it a fault, or a stupid design, or what?

is it opened on both ends of the zipper piece itself? poxy cheap zipper.

Hi Greg - yes, it obviously should have the bit that the zip connects to. I have asked BlueGum if they can repair it for you.

Just waiting on a time and details. Shall keep you posted.
