but i already did it yesterday, we used mobil semi-synthetic 15w-50.. semi-synthetics are better for NA cars ive been told by many people.. oh well his car runs smooth now with no leaks and the repco oil filter was a perfect match

last time i changed the oil on my soarer i used mobil1 5w-50. seems to like it.

I bought an oil filter... got number from ALSC forum. (http://www.alsc.aus.as/). In the end i didnt change it cos it was too farken hard and just cbf that day.

i would think that the 3.0 N/A would have a different filter and positiion.. unless the engines are similar.. but i didnt think they were.

only $10 for a filter from autobarn too btw. have fun changing it nark... i suggest a big long flat head screw driver

Here is some independant oil test results. All BS aside,the only way to test engine wear is to test the used oil for particulates. Obviously if the Fe & Al figures are high the more wear you are getting.
