R35 Gt-rs

Was just checking the current SEVS register, and it says that the R35's only eligible as a 'New Vehicle' (so is the Fuga, don't all be disappointed at once...)

Now my understanding of 'New Vehicles' is that- "The vehicle hasn't previously been presented for registration in Australia or another country"

Does this rule out second-hand R35s for road rego using SEVS??

That rules out second-hand GT-Rs unless Nissan stuff up again and wait 18 months from the time they came out in Japan to the time they are on-sale here. Fuga is listed as both new and used (I did the application )

So, what would it cost to get one here and on-road if you bought a base model R35 directly from Nissan Jp, given that the LCT has just gone up to 33%?
