Adriano
And batch fire injection. If it was my car, unless it happened to run really well, i would pull it out and sell it. Fit an ecu far more appropriate, PFC's sell for not much more than you would get for the microtech. tom9999
yeah so its no good?? whats the point of it being in there then?? i want to keep the map sensor though should i go Lt12 microtech or apexi PFC D-Jetro Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/219592-microtech-lt8s/#findComment-3875573 Share on other sites
Adriano
D-jetro if you must run a map sensor, or a plug in autronic SM4 if you want to spend a few more $$$$ Unless you have a specific reason though, i would just fit a standard PFC Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/219592-microtech-lt8s/#findComment-3875696 Share on other sites
Guilt-Toy
if it drives well then you might be lucky if not go the apexi route. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/219592-microtech-lt8s/#findComment-3875698 Share on other sites
richie$$$rich
sell the mircotech , I have on luck with them with the 6 throttle setup. Haltech e11x v2 is the best thing i have done. cold start zero problems , also idle Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/219592-microtech-lt8s/#findComment-3878385 Share on other sites
craked
your mircotech is just as good as any other computer if you use the rigth tuner Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/219592-microtech-lt8s/#findComment-3878418 Share on other sites
richie$$$rich
I have had hours and hours of dyno tuning on a mircotech. Cold start I had to sit on the starter for like 10seconds to get it started. (Haltech starts right away) I would pull up at lights and the car would stall. (Haltech running idle has had zero problems.) Haltech is so much better for GTR's (Due to 6 throttles). All was turned by the same tuner. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/219592-microtech-lt8s/#findComment-3878435 Share on other sites
Adriano
your mircotech is just as good as any other computer if you use the rigth tuner Not true, it is common knowledge that single map sensors struggle with multi throttle arrangements, hence why PFC d'jetro uses 2 sensors, and autronic uses TPS/MAP combined.
