can it be used for a inlet or exhaust cam gear? or is it inlet/exhasut specific?

i would take a guess and say it's for the intake, as the exhaust is variably cam timed on rb25's

Back to front Guesty, intake is variable not exhaust. Wheel will also fit RB20 & 26.
