Tps Question

Would not having both plugs plugged in on the TPS affect it's idle voltages?

My TPS won't read lower than 33% throttle on idle no matter how it's adjusted, and i'm wondering if it's because I don't have the 2nd plug connected?

Obviously having the car idling on it's 33% throttle map isnt ideal, and taking fuel out so it won't stall has given the car flat spots etc. Is it a faulty TPS or related to not having both plugs on.

it's a s2 rb25 btw.

It's on a forward facing Plazmaman plenum. Would it pointing in a new direction like that affect it?

And the wreckers say they have all these different kinds of rb25 TPS's, (4 pin, 3 pin only, or twin plug like mine) and they're confusing the issue too.

If it's an auto model thing, why is it on there? I'm sure my half cut was manual.
