hi all,

i just want to make an announcement on behalf of my sister...

BUT before i start i must say that the store is located NoR in/around the Girrawheen/Alexander Heights/Koondoola area (really close to Mercy College) - so it might not be of the best convenience for those located SoR :D here goes;

she has just opened up a place that sells food of all sorts (no means to be biased but it is really delicious...)

with items such as Pasta dishes (Bolognese, Meatball, Carbonara) Rice dishes (Fried, Crispy Chicken, Satay + Curry) and things of the like... and we also specialise in some Vietnamese dishes... know if any of you here are Vietnamese or enjoy Vietnamese cuisine but 'Grilled Pork Balls' or spelt in Vietnamese as 'Nem Nuong'(sp.? lol) and you eat it with Rice Vermicelli etc etc...

anyway, she has just opened within the last week and really wants to put the word out for her food and for people to try...

a main thing she makes though is Bubble Tea, one thing i must say is that she didn't pull the recipe from out of her a*s to make but we actually bought the machine + recipe from a place in Northbridge called 'Tea Fusion' and the owner actually personally taught us how to make it...

if any of you really enjoy 'Tea Fusion's' recipe's (or even Utopia's) - (in saying that as we speak though we're trying out the basic flavours first before we move into the real 'specialty' ones) and like enjoying a variety of different foods, please do come and try... support local business :)

the place is called Munch N Sip and is located in Koondoola Plaza (not the most classy area but yer :D ?

now i am trying to organise a thing where i can awesomely discount things for you guys but i'm just giving you all a heads up as i know a few of you live up that way, so rather than driving to the city to get some nice food and some Bubble Tea just come down and give us a shot and let us know what you think...

please, do comment in this thread as i'd like to know what all of you have to say and i am trying my best to see what i can do to benefit all of you interested in giving it a shot, we know that Bubble Tea isn't loved by anyone so we cater for all different tastes...

ie.

Food -

Pasta dishes

Rice dishes

Noodle dishes

Nibblies

Drink

Bubble Tea

Milkshakes

Thickshakes

Smoothies

etc.

we have a lot more, just come down and have a look...

and when i say Koondoola Plaza it's next to the Fish and Chip store behind the BP at the roundabout headed North after you pass Mercy College - on Mirrabooka Avenue (if you're around the area you'll know what i'm talking about)

thanks for all taking the time to read this, it would mean a lot for my sister and my family to have your support

much appreciated, cheers

Andrew ;)

yeah Steven just give me a call or sms when you want to head down and i'll try to work something out for you... (this goes for all SAUWA guys) i will be there most days next week when i'm not at uni (usually day time, not so much afternoon) and Saturday's but not tomorrow... open on Sunday's but i won't be there...

by the way, the opening hours are 11am - 7pm 7 days a week...

LOL Matt, where the hell is your car dude, i never see it at uni like ever!

and we don't sell Winter Love Milk Tea unfortunately... we're selling all the basic Tea Fusion flavoured drinks just to see which one's will sell more.. then we'll take the dodgey non-sellers and make the nice fusion style ones... come down!

Andrew

The project cars I'm always doing things slowly on them as I'm wanting them to be done better, and neater, and nicer. Luckily I don't have to deal with 18 year old Matt's "Learning to wire" stuff in the project cars. And there's only one piece of wiring I'm displeased about in the Landcruiser, and it's about to be cut out... However, the box loads of parts that have been going through this place lately for the Landcruiser... Brake pads Brake Rotors Full handbrake overhaul Wheel Bearings Seals Swivel hubs Steering Boxes Half the suspension joints Shocks Air bags (Ones to go in the rear springs for towing) Water pump Timing kit Lower timing case Harmonic Balancer Radiator Lots of other little seals and shits Gas struts for the bonnet New power window switches And god knows what else I've forgotten... Ha ha ha I have my fingers crossed the pinion seals don't start leaking on the diffs, that the transfer case doesn't leak, and the gearbox input shaft doesn't leak, nor the rear main seal. As they're about the only seals I haven't replaced in the driveline! I'm seriously eyeing off buying new caliper rebuild kits front and rear brake calipers... I'll probably recheck all the valve clearances soon too, and hopefully, it should be all good and sweet to haul some long distance trips again!
    • Every time I pull my 3x gauges out of the console and see the crack-addict way that I did the wiring, and I just can't bring myself to tear it all apart and "make it nice", because it is currently working. In fact, the last time I was in there I probably made it worse.
