Taking Apart The Skyline Two Peice Rear Panel

Okay, so I KNOW I have a two peice rear panel with the "skyline" lettering on it. I just don't know how to take it apart. Does anyone know how to do that to do the light conversion on them? Because I think that shit is bad ass I just need to know how to get it apart and then I am pretty much set.

you cant. the clear and the black bits are glued together tightly and will break if u try to separate them. you need to cut out the back of the black bit. use a dremel or something

I used a dremel to cut mine apart. I probably used the wrong dremel bit, because it was melting the plastic a bit and giving off nasty fumes. I cut a rectangle out the back, and will soon be "glueing" the rectangle piece back in with black silastic stuff.
