Hi guys,

I just realise that my R33 is leaking water through a pipe on the passenger side, just beside the engine.

I have some pics to show below. The arrows indicating the pipe is the one that is leaking. I think it is water that is leaking out, dont think it's oil or coolant. Also my wiper spray (dont know if it is what u called it), the one where u pull the wiper tube and water sprays out? Stop spraying water and I have no idea where to fill the water. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks!

Was your A/C running at the time of the observed water leak?

The washer reservoir should be in the front left (passenger) corner of the engine bay, the cap is right in front of the LH strut tower.

Yes I was on the aircon while driving, but only notice the leak after I stopped my car and switched the engine off. There is a big white box on the driver's side right behind the headlights, any idea what box is it? Plenty of water in it, dont know if it's the wiper water.

It was probably the water from the a/c (a/c removes moisture from the air and dumps it down the pipe you have indicated. if you get under the car, you should see it is open-ended.)

The container is probably the radiator overflow. The washer bottle might be partially hidden by the airbox.

So is it normal? Or do i need to replace the pipes? My air con blows only cold air at 18 degrees which is the lowest and at 19 degrees and above, it starts to blow HOT air. Could this be the cause of the water leakage? and according to the other thread, the problem was solved from a switch, but i have no idea where the switch is located. Can anyone post some pictures or something? Thanks alot mates!

water leak sounds normal. leave that

Hot/cold air - vent is behind the washer/wiper stalk - need to remove most of the dash facing to check it

washer bottles is a Large white bottle behiond the drivers headlight - hidden under the lip of teh guard next to that is the radiator over flow

if you still confused, post a bigger shot of your engine bay

    • Hey. Very valuable information about pitwork, I will pay attention when buying any consumable parts 🙏 As for the carpets - I got a handful of information from nengun, from which it appears that indeed the carpets for the driver's side are OEM. They are not able to show me any pictures due to the long chain of different sales entities but after I place the order, as soon as the goods arrive at the nengun warehouse from which they will send the shipment to me they can send me photos and if my purchase differs from OEM I can immediately return it / cancel the purchase. I think I will give it a try 😉. Of course i'll let you know what's what as soon as i get them P.s. I know the topic is not relevant to the thread, but both nengun and amayama have these SICK 😍 trunk room lamps available. Do you know anyone who ordered them? I need to have one in my car
