R33 Dump Pipe

ey guys. i just had my car dyno tuned and they found that the reason my car has been previously stuttering once it hits around 8psi of boost is that my car still has the original dump pipe from the turbo to my exhaust kit. they recomended that i get a 3" dump pipe. is there any types which are recomended and how much am i looking for a new pipe and install roughly?

install it yourself, i did it with no idea what i was doing, i changed the cat aswell..... i got mine from just jap

but thats the front and dump pipe combined, cost under $200

if your going to do the dump pipe makesure the rest of the exhaust is already done, the cat back, the cat and the front pipe

what happens if you only change the stock dump pipe and not the rest of the exhaust?

i dunno but wherever the most restriction is determines the rest of the exhaust flow,,,,, say your whole exhaust is 3 inch but your front pipe is 2 inch,,,,, really your flow is limmited to 2 inch..... just do the whole exahust...... a dump pipe by itself will still cost you about $140 ish or something and you can finnish off the dump and the front pipes for $200 and make a bigger difference..... don't forget the cat
