Of course I will drop the price Nuclear_skyline. The price is negotiable Make me a reasonable offer and its yours.

=]

Guys I would really like to have these Injectors sold ASAP - I'm open to any reasonable offers above around the $600 mark...

I've got a whole heap of other unwanted R33/R32 Parts at home in the garage. As I'm selling my car I don't need em any more and will post a new thread as soon as I finish all my exams with Pic's and Prices...

Just out of interest what are people offering you?

Set of 4 injectors sell for $200 on nissansilvia.com so why do you think you can get $600 for 6?

I paid $300 for 6. I understand that 6 may be hard to come by but for $600 people can easily buy 2 sets of 4 injectors (3 if they are lucky adding to 12 injectors!).

Dont mean to be rude, just telling you why people are making low offers. :(

I paid 300 a set of 4. they are JDM injectors... Would like to make my money back thats all.

$300 for 6 is a bloody steal. But I'm not willing to sell it for that much. i might as well keep em and put em in my next project car.

If you can find 6 JDM injectors in good condition for cheaper - please do so.

But I spent months trying to source these...

The injectors are in good condition and from Low Km S15's..

He's trying to tell you that if you want them gone ASAP as you say you do, then $600 isn't going to do it.

I picked up 2 for $120, so $60 per injector...Getting a set of 4 for next to nothing, but even at $300 for 4 that $200 cheaper all up than what you're asking.

Also, you say you paid $300 for 4 yourself, which basically means you're asking $300 for the other 2....

Obviously they're yours to price however you want, but if you really want them to sell ASAP you might want to revise your price.

Dezz, thats fine with me mate.. But go try to source 6 JDM injectors in good nick of cars with Low K's..

You'll understand how much of a flamin mongrel of a job it is as flamin mongrels just to sell you anything these days..

PRICE DROP TOO $600ono..

If they dont sell, I'm just gonna keep em...

last time i sold my set of 6, people where throwing me, low offers of 250. couldn't get asking price but was close. and they where in great condition with orings etc.

also adm and jdm injectors are the same stuff. only difference is manual and auto.

Well you got shafted If you sold them for that Low...

Open to all reasonable offers - Gonna give a new set of O rings as well...

the reason i didnt end up buying the injectors off you is due to i got the same spec injectors posted to my front door for $400 thats all..............

thats cool dude - I ever know they these injectors are valued so low.. If so i would of never bought 3 sets in the first place

i think you should drop your price bud because this time off year every one is screaming about cash and you wont sell them for that price in a hurry. You can get them from any import wreckers as long as the vehicle it came out is manual s15/14.

i have been quoted for 3 150 bucks and that's from a wrecker here in Adelaide they seem to be cheaper than yours.? any way don't worry about my ramble.

good luck with the sale

    • For once a good news  It needed to be adjusted by that one nut and it is ok  At least something was easy But thank you very much for help. But a small issue is now(gearbox) that when the car is stationary you can hear "clinking" from gearbox so some of the bearing is 100% not that happy... It goes away once you push clutch so it is 100% gearbox. Just if you know...what that bearing could be? It sounding like "spun bearing" but it is louder.
    • Yeah, that's fine**. But the numbers you came up with are just wrong. Try it for yourself. Put in any voltage from the possible range and see what result you get. You get nonsense. ** When I say "fine", I mean, it's still shit. The very simple linear formula (slope & intercept) is shit for a sensor with a non-linear response. This is the curve, from your data above. Look at the CURVE! It's only really linear between about 30 and 90 °C. And if you used only that range to define a curve, it would be great. But you would go more and more wrong as you went to higher temps. And that is why the slope & intercept found when you use 50 and 150 as the end points is so bad halfway between those points. The real curve is a long way below the linear curve which just zips straight between the end points, like this one. You could probably use the same slope and a lower intercept, to move that straight line down, and spread the error out. But you would 5-10°C off in a lot of places. You'd need to say what temperature range you really wanted to be most right - say, 100 to 130, and plop the line closest to teh real curve in that region, which would make it quite wrong down at the lower temperatures. Let me just say that HPTuners are not being realistic in only allowing for a simple linear curve.
    • I feel I should re-iterate. The above picture is the only option available in the software and the blurb from HP Tuners I quoted earlier is the only way to add data to it and that's the description they offer as to how to figure it out. The only fields available is the blank box after (Input/ ) and the box right before = Output. Those are the only numbers that can be entered.
    • No, your formula is arse backwards. Mine is totally different to yours, and is the one I said was bang on at 50 and 150. I'll put your data into Excel (actually it already is, chart it and fit a linear fit to it, aiming to make it evenly wrong across the whole span. But not now. Other things to do first.
    • God damnit. The only option I actually have in the software is the one that is screenshotted. I am glad that I at least got it right... for those two points. Would it actually change anything if I chose/used 80C and 120C as the two points instead? My brain wants to imagine the formula put into HPtuners would be the same equation, otherwise none of this makes sense to me, unless: 1) The formula you put into VCM Scanner/HPTuners is always linear 2) The two points/input pairs are only arbitrary to choose (as the documentation implies) IF the actual scaling of the sensor is linear. then 3) If the scaling is not linear, the two points you choose matter a great deal, because the formula will draw a line between those two points only.
