Just got back from Mobil, chucked in their 98% octane premium... full tank cost me just a smidgeon over $62 (at $1.12 per lt)

well last night saw regular unleaded at 95.8c/ltr

All good and well to be dropping this low, but for the smaller service stations like my work we're losing money because of the bigger companies like BP and Shell can drop it lower and lower under cost price. At the moment my boss paid $1.02p/L and probably won't wanna drop it under that until we get fuel again.

In the 45 days since it's dropped he's lost thousands of dollars and for a small business, thats a fair whack. So it's all good an well to find the cheaper petrol, but think about the little joints that are being muscled out at the moment.

Filled up tuesday night I think at BP for Ultimate at $1.11 and it'll porbably last me a week or so.

still 99.9 out my way. so much fun, going through so much petty, and its cheap enough for me to not really care.
