Bonnet Pins

[Mr R32 M-Spec]

does anyone have any suggestions of where to get them and who to fit them in the penrith blacktown area, and the approx cost.

also I have heard there are 2 different types, the old ones with pull out pins and the newer ones with lock down screw driver bits.

The ones with the screw driver bits are called zues? clips, these are normally used to hold complete pannels on, people use 6 to hold the complete bonnet on, where the other type are used just to secure the front down. Both should be avaliable from race shope, revolution racegear etc.

If you have a lightweight carbon bonnet you pretty much need pins to hold it down.

The standard catch is not enough.

also it addds at least 50kw at the wheels just like stickers

just that since I put the fmic on I can't get the bonnet to sit properly and the bracket just broke. so I want to have it sitting flat in place with the pins on each end of the bonnet and will put them on with the new catch

definately add at least 50kw!! U can get cheap ones from repco or pay more for brand names up to $50
