R32/3 Gtr 400whp

G'day Skylines Aus.

I may be coming into possession of either an r32 or r33 GTR. Whichever one I end up getting will be stock either way.

Basically I want to know what mods I'll need to get the car up to 400whp and what the cost would be.

I want this power to be made on a stock bottom end.
