Item: Wolf 3D V4 (V400) without Hand Controller

Condition: Very Good only a few scratches on back of ecu case

Price: $650

To Fit: R33 GTS-T

Location: Albury, NSW

I am selling my Wolf 3DV4(V400) Revision 7, Plug and Play ECU without the Hand Controller to suit R33 GTS-T.

The current map on the ecu has been tuned for a RB25DET with GT Series Garrett Turbo (2530), FMIC, Boost Controller at 15psi, standard injectors, fuel pump etc.

Some details on the Wolf unit (collected from other posts):

The Wolf 3D Version 4 is fully 3D tunable for both fuel and ignition timing!

These ECU's are an excellent unit with incredible tuning resolution, both ignition and fuel can be adjusted every 125rpm with 16 different load bands. This compares very well compared to Microtech that can only be changed every 500rpm with less load points. Having such a fine tuning resolution is perfect for getting the most out of your modified engine.

No need for a Z32 AFM with this ECU, simply remove your AFM all together.

Overall this ECU provides sharp, crisp throttle response whilst still maintaining factory drivability e.g smooth idle, fuel economy, cold start etc, something impossible with many of the competitors ECUs.

Some of the benefits of fitting a Wolf 3D V4:

Make the most out of your modifications

Excellent drivability, Wolf 3D V4 features full cold start and air temperature adjustments

Easily retuned if you change a modification

Crisp and smooth idle

Excellent fuel economy

Ability to remove AFM. ECU is MAP sensor based so no need for a Z32 or the airflow restriction a AFM causes

Boost controller can operate with factory solenoid

Can run multiple Maps with live map switching while the engine is running(Power Map, Economy Map, or Low Octane fuel)

Excellent fuel economy

Specs:

Tune from PC Software

Maximum Engine Speed 20,000RPM

Fuel Map every 125RPM to 16,000RPM

Fuel Map has 16 Load Bands

Ignition Map every 125RPM to 16,000RPM

Ignition Map has 16 Load Bands

Idle Speed Control with Water Temperature Compensation

Sequential Fuel Injection

Attached are a number of pics. Looking for a quick sale at $650.

Can post goods are buyers expense.

Please don't hesitate to contact me via PM.

Best Regards,

Adrian

NEW PRICE: $630 Including Postage Australia-Wide

Looking For A Quick Sale - Any Questions Don't Hesitate To Ask Me

what are these worth new. How much did u pay?

Cheers

Hey, I believe I paid about $1,500 ~ I don't think Wolf sell the V4 anymore as they have the V5 now which I think is about $2K untuned..

This has already been tuned to suit an R33 with basic upgraded mods so only a basic tune will be needed to suit the individual car it goes on

Cheers,

Adrian

    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
