My Ignition Wires Are Heating Up, Anyone Else?

the red and yellow power wires slowly heat up while the engines running

ive disconnected alotta things and see if it stops it but even with the cluster out headlights disconnected it sill happends

its also causing the relays under the dash to heat up aswell

ive took the relays out and started it and it still does it

just seeing if this has happened to anyone else or someone has some idea's

ok the multi meter its saying its got 14v but i doubt a few more volts will do that

im guessing the amps going thru them is to much

does anyone know if theres a amp regulator or anything

or could it just be something shorting out maybe just a low voltage short
