Nah man they the red ones, mine were the super gay clear ones ;)

ps I just took our new V8 turbo diesel cruiser up to the waste rock dumps and did some epic skids :P

Tristan ive given your skiders away because you dont like answering your phone..

jks :P they are being kept somewhere else, we need the 180 to pick it up.

does anyone need any s13 bits? 4 stud rims?

You got front uprights, knuckles, hubs etc needed for s13 coilover conversion in the dirty 31?

Coxy64.... hmmm is that Colin's new username? :D

Wild guess that's my dad lol.

probably his sister, and thats how many cox she can take ;)

lol..hopefully he missed that one :P

Well I'm just chillin today. Had the OP yesterday and it all went well they reckon they've fixed me so all I've got to do is recover now. Got 2 days of not being able to do a lot lol. Can't move anything over 2kg because it might cause a bleed again. And your crotch is the one place you don't want to bleed from :(

good to hear it went well mate, mountain run this weekend?

Possibly. See how I'm feeling. I'm sposed to be getting a lot a bruising coming through which hasn't yet :P

I went in for electrophysiology studies because when I exercise or get stressed out my heart was going into tachycardia which is pretty much really rapid heart rate. Over 180bpm which is bad. Was caused by a short circuit in my heart which they burnt off with radiowaves. Was pretty weird because I was awake for the whole thing.

Yeah he knows about everything else so I don't think he would be that bothered.

Morning All :P

Morning!

Cool mang, let me know

Does that mean they didnt even have to cut you open?

Hopefully...

local anesthetic in the groin and then they put 4 tubes into my vein and ran catheters up into my heart. They had to use a small needle to go from the right side of my heart to the left side so they could get to the short circuit. The only thing i didnt feel was the tubes going in. The catheters felt like being kicked in the balls when they went in and you get all hot flushes when they're going up to the heart. As i said it was really weird. Not too bad pain wise just really uncomfortable for like 3 hours lol.

Nasty, but again good to hear you a'ok.

i need it today martin!

hmmm... goood luck with that. Try PCE Performance maybe :P

PWR might have something off the shelf for 32s. ARE will custom make you one, but probably not today. And you'll pay for both options

Morning All :P

    • I saw you mention this earlier and it raised a red flag, but I couldn't believe it was real. Yes, the vacuum signal should vary. It is the one and only load signal from the engine to the ECU, and it MUST vary. It is either not connected or is badly f**ked up in some way.
    • @Haggerty you still haven't answered my question.  Many things you are saying do not make sense for someone who can tune, yet I would not expect someone who cannot tune to be playing with the things in the ECU that you are.  This process would be a lot quicker to figure out if we can remove user error from the equation.
    • If as it's stalling, the fuel pressure rises, it's saying there's less vacuum in the intake manifold. This is pretty typical of an engine that is slowing down.   While typically is agree it sounds fuel related, it really sounds fuel/air mixture related. Since the whole system has been refurbished, including injectors, pump, etc, it's likely we've altered how well the system is delivering fuel. If someone before you has messed with the IACV because it needed fiddling with as the fuel system was dieing out, we need to readjust it back. Getting things back to factory spec everywhere, is what's going to help the entire system. So if it idles at 400rpm with no IACV, that needs raising. Getting factory air flow back to normal will help us get everything back in spec, and likely help chase down any other issues. Back on IACV, if the base idle (no IACV plugged in) is too far out, it's a lot harder for the ECU to control idle. The IACV duty cycle causes non linear variations in reality. When I've tuned the idle valves in the past, you need to keep it in a relatively narrow window on aftermarket ecus to stop them doing wild dances. It also means if your base idle is too low, the valve needs to open too much, and then the smallest % change ends up being a huge variation.
    • I guess one thing that might be wrong is the manifold pressure.  It is a constant -5.9 and never moves even under 100% throttle and load.  I would expect it to atleast go to 0 correct?  It's doing this with the OEM MAP as well as the ECU vacuum sensor. When trying to tune the base map under load the crosshairs only climb vertically with RPM, but always in the -5.9 column.
    • AHHHH gotchaa, I'll do that once I am home again. I tried doing the harness with the multimeter but it seems the car needed a jump, there was no power when it was in the "ON" position. Not sure if I should use car battery jump starter or if its because the stuff that has been disconnect the car just does send power.
