Inner West Crew Whoretown (toowong/st Lucia/kenmore/indooroopilly And Sometimes Sunnybank?)

Actually, you just proved what I said. Here's a closer look at how that border line actually works:

As you can see - the border lane runs BESIDE the road, giving everything on that section of Moggill Rd a street address of Chapel Hill (including Baskins, represented here by a black dot). Everything behind the line is Indooroopilly. If it were on suburb on each side of the road, it would look like this instead:

I actually thought it might be something like that, but I couldn't find the UBD maps online (I knew they did lines down the center/to the side). I guess the council one is a little misleading then, because it clearly has the building in the "Indro" zone.

I guess that means Tas is WRONG and a douche :D

But yeah Martin I thought you had to pay for access to those suburb maps? I tried looking for em but my googling skills were inadequate.

I didn't pay anything, I just googled it. Can't remember what I googled now though, "brisbane suburb boundaries" maybe?.

Maybe we have super greato gubberment internets here?

What's that got to do with it?

It's been the same for a very very long time

An interesting counter argument. But, I put it to you sir that you sucked off a horse!

I look forward to your response.

My gubberment interwebs are gay :P

work meetings make me sad in the pants.....

where is my trusty jim beam coffee when i need one

Drunk at work... win :D

Now that is what you say in court. :D

Well of course I did... don't you remember? You're the guy that said "hey, I'll give you $500 bucks if you blow a horse and let me film it". Me being the jobless bum I am, jumped at the chance to get money.

...btw... I'm still waiting on that money...

I think my shit googling skills is a more likely result rather than gubberments internets having access. I prefer John's way. Because Taz being right might cause a a black hole to form or something worse. :D

What year are you going off on the street directory?

And what year is the BBC documents?

dont forget when it is blown up to fit a street directory.. it does how ever look like its claimed part of the other side of moggil road.. how ever it is shown in BCC /area classification that your point is invalid..

It has been known for years that local residents show one side is chappell hill and other side as indooroopilly and i think nismo boy since he actually worked at that local realestate could be able to say it was chappell hill..

Technically before all that was placed there Baskin robins simon cafe, Sri thai.. the original houses there which faced towards moggil roads all had the street addess of indooroopilly..

you will even find that Club dental dentist place which is 2 shops away from Baskins Complex is still classified as indooroopily...

even on your map is showing that there used to be a petrol station Moggil rd/ Rennis road which closed down a good 3-4 or sligthly more years ago

Now that is what you say in court. :D

The sucked off a horse defense. Works everytime

Yeah about that :P

lol the ink lines on paper don't move when the size is changed. those maps are to scale rofl.

it's the 2008 edition. so 2 years ago. i'll go find some more editions if you really want me to further your humiliation :D

sure go ahead.. :P its not like u have anything else to do :D

that petrol station was knocked down many years ago

guess it's a good thing suburb boundaries aren't dictated by petrol stations then

    • I thought that might be the case, thats what I'll start saving for. Thanks for the info
    • Ps i found the below forum and it seems to be the same scenario Im dealing with. Going to check my ECU coolant temp wire tomorrow    From NICOclub forum: s1 RB25det flooding at start up Thu Apr 11, 2013 7:23 am I am completely lost on this. Car ran perfectly fine when I parked it at the end of the year. I took the engine out and painted the engine bay, and put a fuel cell with an inline walbro 255 instead of the in tank unit I had last year. After reinstalling everything, the engine floods when the fuel pump primes. if i pull the fuel pump fuse it'll start, and as soon as I put the fuse back in it starts running ridiculously rich. I checked the tps voltage, and its fine. Cleaned the maf as it had some dust from sitting on a shelf all winter, fuel pressure is correct while running, but wont fire until there is less than 5psi in the lines. The fuel lines are run correctly. I have found a few threads with the same problem but no actual explanation of what fixed it, the threads just ended. Any help would be appreciated. I found the problem though. There was a break in one of the ecu coolant temp sensor wires. Once it was repaired it fired right up with no problems. I would have never thought a non working coolant temp sensor would have caused such an issue.
    • Hi sorry late reply I didnt get a chance to take any pics (my mechanics on the other side of the city) but the plugs were fouled from being too rich. I noticed the MAF wasn't genuine, so I replaced it with a genuine green label unit. I also swapped in a different ignitor, but the issue remains. I've narrowed it down a bit now: - If I unplug and reconnect the fuel lines and install fresh spark plugs, the car starts right up and runs perfectly. Took it around the block with no issues - As soon as I shut it off and try to restart, it won't start again - Fuel pressure while cranking is steady around 40 psi, injectors have good spray, return line is clear, and the FPR vacuum is working. It just seems like it's getting flooded after the first start I unplugged coolant sensors to see if its related to ECU flooding but that didnt make a difference. Im thinking its related to this because this issue only started happening after fixing coolant leaks and replacing the bottom part of the stock manifolds coolant pipe. My mechanic took off the inlet to get to get to do these repairs. My mechanics actually just an old mate who's retired now so ill be taking it to a different mechanic who i know has exp with RBs to see if they find anything. If you have any ideas please send em lll give it a try. Ive tried other things like swapping the injectors, fuel rail, different fuel pressure regs, different ignitor, spark plugs, comp test and MAF but the same issue persists.
    • My return flow is custom and puts the return behind the reo, instead of at the bottom. All my core is in the air flow, rather than losing some of it up behind the reo. I realise that the core really acts more as a spiky heatsink than as a constant rate heat exchanger, and that therefore size is important.... but mine fits everything I needed and wanted without having to cut anything, and that's worth something too. And there won't be a hot patch of core up behind the reo after every hit, releasing heat back into the intake air.
    • There is a really fun solution to this problem, buy a Haltech (or ECU of your choice) and put the MAF in the bin.  I'm assuming your going to want more power in future, so you'll need to get the ECU at some stage. I'd put the new MAF money towards the new ECU.
