So many birthdays... we should hook up a big kick arse November birthday party.

27th Nov Archive Beer Boutique and Bistro, K go.

Well that's the starting point anyway. :D

So TPG want $350 to cancel my plan with them. Anyone know if you can run 2 internet connections off one phone line? Or do I need a second phone line?

That's colin

colin meet martin

He's an ugly git isn't he?

...who's the bird in the animated gif?

No you can't, you would need a second phone line. Be cheaper to just pay the $350.

Try complaining about shit internet, them not fulfilling their contract, threaten to go to consumer affairs, etc. Maybe you'll be able to cancel it for free.

Hopefully if all goes well I can just transfer it to the new place. My mate reckons his plan will be out soon so it might work out yet.

    • I'll get one of these also just for giggles
    • I bought 6 new spark plugs to compare readings. They will be here tomorrow and ill see if meter is far off if it all. I know one is at least reading 0 so its best replace all anyway if one is bad, from experience. I still have to test the harness just to be sure its not a double issue and I waste my time haha-the old plugs are iridium I always thought those lasted more than 50,000 km.
    • If you take the top half of the intake off you can unbolt the flap off the shaft and leave the shaft in there blocking the hole. Then you can remove the little vacuum canister off from under the manifold and get a spare vacuum line to run to the ECU. I can take some photos of it later. Probably best to get the vacuum source to the ECU sorted first though. Mine all worked mint with the base map from the GTT an I've pretty much let the closed loop sort the fueling and took 1 degree out of the whole timing map.
    • This IS something you also have to configure in Haltech (or at least I did in the past when going from onboard-to-ECU map sensor and an external MAP sensor in haltech land).
    • I'm hoping it's something as simple as the ECU is looking for an external MAP sensor, but he is trying to use the onboard MAP sensor.
