Inner West Crew Whoretown (toowong/st Lucia/kenmore/indooroopilly And Sometimes Sunnybank?)

Recommended Posts

I'll see how I'm going tomorrow before I make a decision re: German Club. Might be too tired.

Finish work at 4am, car has to be at Fulcrum to finish the suspension work at 8am. I've been up since 6am today so 22 hours awake with a 12 hour shift at work, three hours sleep then car off to the workshop. At least I'll have no more rubbing on the inner guards, no more bottoming out and f**king my front bar as well as new adjustable camber arms :)

Now I just need confirmation from Chris Rodgers for the stero/GPS work and then I can get the exhaust leaks sorted. I swear I'll get it up on a dyno soon...

Calvin harris tomorrow !

Ahh! Someone here other than me also likes 'electrophaggotry' hahahaha

Half considering going but with soundwave on saturday I dunno if I can justify heading out tonight

Anyone need guards rolled? I need some more beer..

If the suspension work I'm getting done today doesn't eliminate all the rubbing on the guards I might need them rolled/inner guards modified. Will have to wait and see how it goes.

I swear I'll get it up...

That's what she said

I swear I'll get it up on a dyno soon...

That's what everyone says.

Turbo is on the way, he posted it yesterday.

Apparently he sends them COD and you just pay at the post office. Easy enough I suppose.

Probably won't be there today though :(. Next week.

Man, I was feeling all happy as I'm about to go pick my car up. Now I'm feeling all down.

So much respect and admiration for anyone who helps out when it all hits the fan, where ever that may be. It must be so difficult to deal with but I'd feel worse if I could have helped but didn't.

    • Don't assume too much when there is a voltage issue....if the battery is flat and the alternator not charging it is easy for the voltage to drop way low at the ECU due to the draw of stuff like coils, fuel pump etc Whatever you see at the battery with the motor off, it should be at least 13.8 with it running
    • I have been wondering if this is as simple as a voltage issue with the battery. Even on a charger, I can’t seem to get it over 11.8V on the terminals.    Unless the alternator has failed as well, that wouldn’t cause it to die in the middle of driving though.
    • I’ll give this a shot next time I’m able to wrench on it.    I was able to get my hands on a Haltech Nexus, so that should help with some of the more bizarre troubleshooting. Make sure the CAS is actually sending signal and will be able to set the proper dwell on the R35 coils.    I’ve checked power/grounds/signals at the CAS, ignitor, and plugs and it was all there. Granted this was static with ignition on, not cranking.    I also plan on swapping out the fuel filter and throwing on a fuel pressure gauge at the rail just to confirm I’m getting the correct pressure at the rail. 43psi if I recall correctly.
    • The attached document is fine. I just downloaded & opened it.
    • Hello, sorry for being late to join the discussion, but my clock just died on me.   Ive tried to look at Michaels digital clock repair.docx and it doesnt work maybe the file has expired.   Please let me know if you can re upload it or take some youtube videos to show us how to get the clock installed? thanks
