I get 300km per tank... If I'm lucky. Usually it's 280km per tank :(

i think i get good economy now john lol.

the needle is on the e and i normally have done around 380-400km. i dont wait for light.

Also some good news, wife got rear ended in the skyline today. Tool in a ute apparantly "rolled" into her as she was stopped at the lights. Damage minimal. Scratches on rear bar and gouges from the number plate on it as well.

I think it has also pushed boot out of alingement. Biggest issue is that my wife hurt her back quite badly. she started getting sore when she got home. Can i get the guy who hit her to pay for medical costs? I have the fun job of ringing his boss tommorrow to work out what he is going to do about it.

Some people should never get a license.

oh and if any one is thinking about joining a gym to get fit .... dont. The pain after your first weight session should be illegal. i cant bend my arms!!!

i get my best on the moonie highway between a little out of dalby and 30km past westmar. Then it all gets messed up on the 37km of gravel ;)

When I drove from brisbane to mackay in the coon I had an average of 7l/100km. Without cruise control it sits at about 5l/100km/h and with cruise control it's about 6.5.

Around town is about 12/100 because it's auto and i drive in some traffic each day. I think the most I ever saw it was 890 to a tank.

I feel better now, lots of people getting much better economy then I am. It must be a problem with my AFR's and a dodgy pair of injectors/fuel pump. Oh well better get the injectors and pump replaced with better after market ones and get a new ECU and a full tune to sort it out.

*shifty eyes*

great, i've got a throat infection. Can't stop coughing. I'm not supposed to have anything cold either. Pain in the arse. Hopefully these antibiotics will clear it up somewhat fast.

have you tried turning it off and on again?

Have you checked that the power cord is plugged in?

Hello IT

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

The button on the side is it glowing?

Yeah you've gotta turn it on.

Push the button!

My ifail has an app for invision boards so that's how I get on here. I just look really frustrated and they think I'm busy and send me a message on communicator instead of talking to me

    • yeh they are 235/45/17 up front and 255/40/17 in the rears. I still didn't get my answer if i can fit a 18x9 up front. I want to get 4 of this and see if they will fit before committing as they didn't see an 18x8 as an option but there is a 18x9.5 also.   Enkei RS05-RR 18x9 35mm ET 5x114.3 75.0 Bore Matte Gunmetal Wheel
    • This. The R34 handbrake icon DOES come up when the brake fluid level is low. You might be sitting right on that threshhold. I have been down this diagnosis path and this was the solution (and it was pretty much as full as your picture is to begin with).
    • Unfortunately the cavaet to that is that while any scan tool should be able to read the code, the workshop will need a consult plug to OBD socket adapter. You don't have a location on your profile, where are you based?
    • @Haggerty this is your red flag. In MAP based ECU's the Manifold pressure X RPM calculation is how the engine knows it is actually...running/going through ANY load. You are confusing the term 'base map' with your base VE/Fuel table. When most people say 'base map' they mean the stock entire tune shipped with the ECU, hopefully aimed at a specific car/setup to use as a base for beginning to tune your specific car. Haltech has a lot of documentation (or at least they used to, I expect it to be better now). Read it voraciously.
    • I saw you mention this earlier and it raised a red flag, but I couldn't believe it was real. Yes, the vacuum signal should vary. It is the one and only load signal from the engine to the ECU, and it MUST vary. It is either not connected or is badly f**ked up in some way.
