hey all,

another 5000 k's done since the last service...but i'm gonna shop around for workshops this time instead of just obliging a friend.

What i'd like to know is how much a service usually costs...my last one cost me $320 bucks...which i thought was slightly high. Granted, they changed a couple of timing belts and stuff, but still...the bill shocked me.

Anyone got a mechanic they can recommend? I'm on the Gold Coast. I hear that Gavin Wood also does servicing work on Gtst's, anybody gone with him? I've gotta have him refill my tranny fluid on top of the usual stuff, so how much would that be extra?

any help is appreciated

thanks

Try Automotive Technique in Kendor Street, Labrador. it is in the same drivways as Teak and Fancy Timbers. Ask for Jason. he has really reasonable prices, and he knows his Nissans. He can do just about anything with a car. Tell him Nathan sent you.

Good luck with the search
