Damo_R34
Am i out of my mind to even consider Richmond to beat Bulldogs on Friday night? Historically, when a team changes coaches, they win! SLED
lol Damo, if you watched them the last couple of weeks you'd know the doggies are the 3rd best team in the comp........they almost rolled the Cats on the siren! Wouldn't count on history repeating itself especially since Richmond just had their win for the year......think that makes it 2 now, ROR Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/266313-footy/page/11/#findComment-4634591 Share on other sites

TALBO
I think Adealide can beat them anyhow, better chance if Porpz and Danger pass fitness test imo Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/266313-footy/page/11/#findComment-4635535 Share on other sites
Damo_R34
They'd be silly not to play the Porpoise, he is a flat out gun player, one of the best in the team. Both teams need to win to maintain their current ladder position, just out of the 8, i dunno. Adelaide have won the last 2 games against the Dons. Ok, im gonna say, Adelaide to lead at quarter, half, and three quarter time, but it depends if they fall over in the last quarter, i hope not, coz im picking them. SLED
yeah I've been to a few Port v Norwood games at the Parade with my good mate Mike Aish (to watch his son Jesse play) but over the last few years, no matter how bad Norwood have been travelling, they always tend to beat us. SLED
yeah and he keeps reminding me about his 1981 Magarey medal! I keep telling him that he's lucky Russell Ebert was injured that year or he would've had 5!! Seriously though, his Dad (Peter) was a brilliant and naturally gifted footballer too but unfortunately Jesse (Mike's son) hasn't been able to cut the mustard (injured at the moment).....he was to be the 1st SA player to play for the Crows under the "father/son" rule. I see Mike and his family most weekends and he's still a legend.......even though he goes for the opposition. Krishy
odds released!Who Will Coach Richmond In 2010? Pay on Appointment Of Richmond Senior Coach For 2010 Season Matthew Richardson 201.00 Sheesh thats pretty good odds for someone who is still a player....and hasnt been an assistant coach at all.... I would most likely say that one of the assistant coaches mentioned in the odds will prob get the job....so may old lions players in that mix as well Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/266313-footy/page/11/#findComment-4647813 Share on other sites
Damo_R34
Jade Rawlings didnt take long to settle in! Richmond caretaker coach Jade Rawlings has set out to immediately reinvigorate the Tigers with youth, axing veterans Troy Simmonds and Joel Bowden among five changes for Saturday night's AFL clash with West Coast. The five players added to the side, including debutant ruckman-forward Ty Vickery, are all aged 22 and under. The others are ruckman Angus Graham and running players Shane Edwards, Robin Nahas and ex-Essendon utility Tom Hislop. Along with Simmonds and Bowden, Rawlings discarded Tiger fans' whipping boys Kayne Pettifer and Jordan McMahon, along with courageous midfielder Mark Coughlan. The omission of Bowden and Simmonds means Ben Cousins is the only player in the 22 out of the six Tigers aged 30-plus. Fellow veterans Matthew Richardson and Nathan Brown are injured, as is former skipper Kane Johnson, who announced his retirement this week. Its either gonna be his best move in history or his worst.
