R32 Gtr Diff Change... R32, R33, V-spec?

hey guys,

its time to replace the diff and i wanna give it ago myself because i dont have the spare cash to pay labour.

so im looking for a direct bolt on replacement so i can keep the modifying to a bare minimum.

obviously the R32 diff will bolt straight on but id like to go for a diff a little newer, like a R33 diff. later model ie "newer diff".

Ive been told that the backing cover needs to be swapped for the diff to fit the R32 but what about the V spec diff?

any help here would be awesome.
