R34 Gt-t Clutch! Help!

I'm in the middle of a manual conversion on a 34 and got a few options i can take but not 100% sure on the best one. Car has currently 195rkw auto, so im guessing over the 200 mark when manual. Now my questions are.

1/ Should i use the standard clutch, still has a fair bit of meat left. But scared if it will slip.

2/ If not which clutch should i use, nothing over $1000 please!

3/ Where can i find a brand new thrust bearing, and spigot bush if i decide to use the standard clutch.

4/ Also the torque settings for the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate.

Btw im located in thomastown northern surburbs in melbourne. So if you recommend a place please let it be close by.

Need some quick answers guys and monday i will have to buy something..
