i have a cheap boost controller but its different to the ones in the post for mine has a 3 tee on it where it should only have 2????

its from ebay (stage one boost controller?)

plus my r33 was a non turbo converted with a turbo engine but doesnt have the boost solinoud?

Tap it into the wastegate actuator line in pic 3.

There should be an arrow on the tee that usually points the side to the wastegate.

The third point of the tee (the bottom) is more than likely the bleed outlet.

so i just let it go into atmosphere?

so one side goes to the acuator and the othe goes to the inlet?

Correct.

Normally the bleed outlet is just a tiny hole somewhere on the body of the controller, but I have seen this type before and they use the bottom outlet because it's larger and won't clog up from the PCV oil vapour.

ok ill try it but i don't know posibly how it will work because im cutting the one line to put this in?

They work best when they are as close to the wastegate actuator as possible.

If you want to place it where the tee is in pic one, go for it, it's your car. Just place it on the right hand side of the tee leaving a small amount of the current line near the tee so if you want to put it closer to the wastegate at a later date, you won't have to stretch the line to connect back to the tee.

when i blow threw one side there is air coming out the bottom and out of the other side?

That's how they work. You adjust the amount o air bleeding out of the bottom by adjusting the screw on top.

When you first put it in, adjust the screw so no air escapes from the bottom (or side - whichever way this type works) and then road test it and bleed the air out gradually until you reach the desired boost level.

my boost gadge is giving me mixed results.

im hitting 10psi after around 4,500 but before that im getting 5 psi?

what should be the psi?

i have a exaust,airpod, hybrid intercooler, aftermarket inlet?

just cut the black wire thats connecting to the aac valve?

I missed the part about it being converted from a non-turbo, maybe your solenoid is hidden somewhere.
