I've always bought my SS's from the place on gympie road in Aspley. (Tyre power? I think it is, can't remember the name of it). I would assume they can get the RS's in too with a few days notice. I've heard other places will get them in, but you just have to ask, they may not advertise it directly. Might be worth calling around a few places and just asking?

Nah ive already been down that road, im not an NSW member so no can do lol.

Just got a quote from neta at virginia, 235/40/17 are $195 for 595's and $225 for RSR's

And 255/40/17 are $280 for 595's and $345 for RSR's

Anyone know a cheaper place than that? oh and i thought the semi-slicks were called RS not RSR? :P

HackerX could you PM me and let me know what tyrepower charge you for your SS's?

The 595 RSR is the updated / newer version of the 595 RS.

I think they have the same thread pattern, but slightly different compound.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

They're pretty value for money for a semi slick. They don't grip as well as the best Japanese semi slicks out there but for the price of a set, you can't complain.

The RSR has a softer compound and a stiffer sidewall than the original RS. The diference is noticeable.

Still the best bang for buck semi out there imo.

Damn, i want the RS's if theyre a harder compound, im going to be running these on my daily driver lol

Oh and thanks for the PM Fineline, ill give him a call later today :P

then have a look at the Kumho KU36. Very good prices from Option1 Garage.

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
