R32 Rear Bar And Front (maybe)

hopefully someone can give me a bit of advice fair quick, anywho,

i just got a skyline with a bodykit on it that i dont really want (not untill i fix some stuff anyways)

but i got the rear bumper and front (factory)

ive taken the rear (non facttory) bar off, and the little screw things that hold it on, and ive dummy fitted the factory bar,

but how does it attach? is it via 4 bolts, 2 on each side, and through the numberplate frame thingo?

if so, what are the clips that go on there to make it stay? (the clips that came of the bodykit bar are straight, but for them to fit onto the factory bar they need to be bent like, 90 degrees or somin.)

so yeah, any clarification/ advice would be topps.
